Digital Commerce & Performance
Checkouts 21 → 109 · add-to-carts 77 → 385
Using structured campaign optimisation, tracking and performance evidence to improve the ecommerce funnel.
- Context
- Jindal Herbals' direct-to-consumer store, where paid search was being judged on clicks, with little view of what happened on the site afterwards.
- Role / scope
- Digital strategy · campaign optimisation · UTM / tracking · creative coordination · performance analysis
Status
Coordinated · Measured
Evidence
- Google Ads clicks: 2,101 → 4,624 (+120%)
- Add-to-carts: 77 → 385 (+400%)
- Checkouts: 21 → 109 (+419%)
- Page views: 670 → 3,823 (+470%)
- CTR: 3.26% → 4.33% (+32%)
Problem
Performance marketing is useful only when the funnel is visible. Track the movement.
Clicks were visible; what happened after them was not. The work combined channel strategy, campaign structure, tracking, creative inputs and conversion analysis so the path from click to checkout could be seen and improved.
Intervention
- 01URL tracking / UTM structure
- 02Sitelinks
- 03Call-outs
- 04Structured snippets
- 05Additional headlines and descriptions
- 06Keyword research
- 07Creative asset coordination
Measured evidence
A six-day before / after comparison showed movement across the funnel.
- Clicks
- 2,101 to4,624+120%
- Page views
- 670 to3,823+470%
- Add-to-carts
- 77 to385+400%
- Checkouts
- 21 to109+419%
- CTR
- 3.26% to4.33%+32%
Outcome
From campaign activity to a visible performance funnel.
The work created a more structured path from traffic acquisition to ecommerce actions, with clearer evidence for the next decision.
Notes
- Figures come from a six-day before / after comparison, so they show direction over a short window. They are not a long-term trend.
- No single change is credited with the full movement.
