Rebuilding a manufacturer's voice
One of India's largest aluminium manufacturers, with a brand far quieter than its scale — and communications stretched across the parent company and three very different group entities: a naturecure institute, a herbals business and a charitable foundation. Four audiences, one small team, and a reputation handled reactively, after the fact.
The problem
An industrial B2B brand most people had never really heard speak, four entities pulling in different directions, and an online-reputation process that could take a full day to respond — long enough for a small issue to grow into a public one.
What I did
Rebuilt the content strategy across all four entities and rebalanced the paid and organic mix. Ran integrated campaigns across digital, print and events, and stood up a faster reputation-management workflow with clear ownership and response paths. Built MIS and performance dashboards so senior management could plan against real numbers instead of gut feel.
The outcome
Within twelve months, measured brand visibility rose ~40% and engagement ~55% across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Sentiment improved ~25% while ORM response time dropped from 24+ hours to 6–8. Fifteen to twenty media placements were secured across major initiatives. I led a creative team of 5–6, worked across 6–8 departments, and managed digital budgets of ₹12–20 lakh alongside exhibition and event budgets of ₹2–3 crore.
